I have some push in my left pain since 20 days and I am uncomfortable in breathing and kbhi kbhi chakkar ki trh lgta h ...is this a symptom of heart attack please help me by guiding

Do you mean pain in your left chest? Having chest pain with difficulty in breathing can be a sign of heart problem. Now a days heart diseases are very frequently seen in young people also.
