Greetings - this may be a fibroadenoma / however, most importantly atypical masses need to be ruled out with specific imaging techniques. So kindly see a qualified surgeon. You may need adequate examination and evaluation/ radio imaging / ultrasonography etc. do not ignore/delay. Hope this helps. warm regards.
