Asked for Female, 28 Years

Thick mucoid material. MCG stained smear shows a cellular smear comprising of plenty of epithelioid granuloma,dispersed epithelioid cells,multinucleate giant cells and macrophages in a background of necrosis and degenerated ductular cells.
