Left ankle ligament tear
I had a ligament tear in my ankle 4 months back. I was miss-diagnosed that it was a normal sprain. After a month I knew I had a ligament tear. I was immobilized for 45 days followed by physiotherapy. Is it ok for me to start my normal activities- walking running, climbing stairs? Please find my MRI report attached.

Hello, ligament strain of the ankle takes about 6 weeks to heal. Now that you have been in a plaster for such time, it should have healed. Start by getting back full ankle movements first and proprioceptive exercises before embarking on jogging or running. If you continue to have pain or instability consult the Orthopedic surgeon
