Left ankel swellen
Hi morning I was crossing footpath and I dint see the little hum was there I twisted my left feet and it swellen now there is little pain..kindly suggest me what to do

Apply ice pack for 2 3 times in the day. Apply crepe bandage while walking. If the pain and swelling do not go down kindly visit a physiotherapist.
