Attached my report. I am very paranoid after seeing all news and I have desk job plus pcod.I tend to be inconsistent with workout and anxiety due to pcod. I stress eat at times. I do not smoke &alcohol rarely.
I keep having thoughts that I might get heart attack which creates anxiety because I feel am not doing anything and this can happen as I respect fitness alot. Now my
ldl is the highest . Is it too late? I have now started walking daily and eating good food. What more I can do to not feel these thoughts?
Any test as per my reports further needed?
I sometimes feel chest tight due to anxiety or is it in my mind?
I am overweight with 15kgs atleast. 75 kgs is the weight and height 5"3.
Do I need to take any meds for
cholestrol?
