Lateral knee pain during pregnancy

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am having this extreme pain in my later left knee past 5 days .Orthaeopedic doc says - it's a nerve pain and thus he has told me to go for physiotherapy .But nothing is working for me .I am 16 weeks currently .I feel the baby is pressing on some nerve inside .How can this prob be solved ? Pls help it's very painful
