Late Period

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Last period on 5th August. Had intercourse on 15,16,17th August with protection-condom. This month period has not come till 7th September and it's been 2days late. Checked with pregnancy kit, result negative. No sign of pregnancy. What is the reason for delayed period? If it's pregnancy and we do not want any baby- so can it be abort right now?
