Lasik @38 for better vision
Hi.. i am 38 and have -2.5 in both the eyes with no spherical number.. can i go for lasik now and will it help to improve my sports related performance

Hello Your doctor will perform few tests like pentacam to see corneal  topography and thickness, schrimer test and fundus examination and if all these tests are normal then Lasik can be done

At 38 years of age it is not the best option for glass removal as in 2 or 3 years time you will need near glass correction. Besides -2.5 diopters is not a very high power. You might want to rethink the option.
