Lasic surgery after c section
I had c section in the month of April. Is it safe to have a lasic surgery now or should I wait for more time?

Hello,
Lasik surgery involves removal of a layer of cornea so as to neutralize or adjust to a given power. The amount of removal is based on a number of calculations.
During pregnancy, it is quite natural for the cornea to increase in thickness, just like other body changes. So the aforementioned calculations get disturbed and outcome is not as expected.
Next Steps
Get your eyes evaluated for corneal thickness and other parameters. If the values are back to normal, you may go ahead with surgery. Otherwise wait for it to normalize.

In your particular case, practical considerations like feeding and taking care of the baby leading to flap displacement ot trauma to the eye have to be kept in mind.

You must be feeding the baby.
Better to avoid in lactation period, especially early lactation.
