if no accompanying hormonal problem (after being evaluated with blood tests and sonography) then upto 6 sessions monthly should be enough to get initial control. After that a repeat mantainence session can be done at a longer gap. ... in hormonal problem is present then 8-9 sessions might be needed during the initial phase. Hope this is helpful.
