Me and my wife planned to have baby and tried fr 1.4 years but no luck when we went to doctor she said my wife has polyp and she done operation laphysteroscopy now after surgery how many days we need to wait and whether now pregnancy possible will increase

I think u should do complete evaluation of ur ovulation process alone with ur hubby semen reports.
And if ur Gynecologist advise you hysteroscopy than go for it.
