Lactation issue
Hello,
Myself vishnu priy.I have delivered my girl baby and she is 5 months old now.For the past few days I could feel that my breast milk supply has gone down and she is not consuming enough milk becos when she starts taking feed from me after few mins she starts crying and starts pulling my breast which is very painful for me.When i express my milk also i find it less.Can i go for a formula milk if yes which one would be the best.kindly suggest.
