You can lactate. You have 2 options
1. Give feeds and discontinue if the child is getting decreased activity or difficulty in feeding
2. Safest option. Pump and dump method. That is feed the child just before taking the medicine and express your milk and keep for 6hrs. After that you can again give breast feed.
