Lack of Sexual Desire
I am writing this on behalf of my fiancee. We have been together for almost 7 years now and though we never had sex we have been quite intimate with each other, without facing any problems. Around a year age, he did not have an erection during our intimacy. He was under some strong medication which might have affected him at that point. After that, I had seen and felt him have erections, but there has been a lack of sexual desire/excitement on his part, which he admits to. Please help.

Various medicines eg antihypertensives, opiod analgesics and anti epileptics can cause decreased sexual desire. Some illnesses like depression can also cause low libido.
Next Steps
