Lack of confidence and self esteem.
I fear speaking around group of people. I find it difficult to continuously speak on something even if I very well know about it. I constantly feel the pressure of proving myself no matter what the situation is. This wasn't the situation few years back, I used to feel good about myself. The problem got worse over the time.

Hi.... Take steps to control stress, to increase your resilience and boost your self-esteem. Reach out to family and friends, especially in times of crisis, to help you weather rough spells. Get treatment at the earliest sign of a problem to help prevent depression from worsening. Consider getting long-term maintenance treatment to help prevent a relapse of symptoms.... Consult your Psychiatrist they will do the needful.....
