I am 22 yr boy , i am not able to eat food properly Even I can't eat 2 roti and i don't like any food ,i donot get any cravings all the day, i feel like there is no proper neurotransmission for hunger even if I eat i feel difficulty in swallowing, it's like food denying to go inside Pls help me
