This structure is a part of reproductive system.
The normal or abnormal condition need to confirm by examination as size varies individual to individual.
Need to check menstrual cycle.. menstruation blood quality and quantity, sexual life, or any other urinary system.

so externally can try for few weeks. There in no negative effect by application of sesame oil. as it reduces inflammation, corrects elasticity, normal skin tonicity.. about onion alone am not sure.. the onion fried oil ( method told already) can be applied externally.
