LA size progression
4 years ago in my echo :- AO - 3 cm LA - 3.1 cm Lv Septal wall - 1.1 cm Posterior - 1.0 current echo shows:- AO - 2.9 cm LA - 4.0 cm Lv Septal wall - 1.1cm Posterior - 1.1 cm my concern is that what  is the cause of LA size progression ...and is it normal or need further intervention

It's just inter observer variation.. You should not worry if your valves are normal and other chambers are not showing any abnormalities
