KY jelly alternative

Hi, I have been using KY jelly during vaginal intercourse as wife gets pain without external lubricants. But since few months it is not available most of times in stores. Hence could you please suggest a good alternative or better lubricants to it which is easily available in India,I am from bangalore. Also please suggest any safe spray which I can use to reduce sensitive of my penis for sometime as I have very sensitive penis head. Thanks
