I have noticed 4 small knots beside and below scrotum sac near penice area. Is it a serious problem?

hello..... I doubt if by the word 'knot' u are referring to the swellings which can be sebaceous cysts or the dilated veins which can be a varicocele. In either condition, its not much to be worried about, but is always better to get it removed. A personal examination or atleast a few details online would be helpful. U can consult me here as well.
