Knee trouble
Knee hurts a lot since last night. Played football for 2 hours and has been hurting every since. Kindly suggest help.

Pain for a day only can be due to a ligament sprain only.
Please take a pain killer and apply some ice pack
If you feel down while playing , or something hit the knee, then get an x ray done to see if there is a fracture
