Knee swell
During my basketball practice, I changed direction in great speed...since then I had lot of pain , there was swelling and it kinda reduced when I applied ice .. first two days I had lot of pain walking. Gradually it reduced as of today. I can walk normally and it only pains when I load some weight on the leg in a bent position. Example it pains a little climbing down the stairs.

It seems like a soft tissue injury in your knee, it needs to be examined and might require some investigation before a diagnosis and treatment can be suggested to you.  Rest and ice definitely would help.
