Dear madam,
It's ideal to visit an orthopaedic surgeon. Get your knee examined. Get an x ray of leg with standing on single leg view for AP, along with routine lateral view and skyline view for patella.
Treatment will depend on clinical examination and x Rays.
Mostly in this age, problems are because of degeneration of knee joint.
