My mothers knee has become swollen with tremendous pain she cannot move her leg due to pain ...previously she had knee pain problem due to which she cannot sit crosesed leg or bend her leg .. what is the problem sir plz help .

Use heat and cold to manage pain. Both heat and cold can relieve pain in your joint. Heat also relieves stiffness, and cold can relieve muscle spasms and pain.
