I am 72 kg wt & Ht. 163 cms. From last 3 / 4 years little bit knee and lower back pain started Done blood test 4 times for RA positive but its negative Mostly pain is due to age and till date not so much Under such a condition will cycling ( Normal or exercise cycle@ home) good for knee?
