Knee pain after streching
I have pain in my knee from six months ,
It started after i streched my leg tightly and than suddenly i get huge pain in my knees .
I cannot find out the problem .
I take suggeation from general physian and bone specialist but they give only some vitamin tablets and i cannot get relief from vitamins. Some time i get relief but after waking up in the morning i feel my right knee heavy.

Hi there.. knee pain upon leg stretching may be due to ligament sprain or tear(most common after sudden stretch or twist), fracture of patella, joint disorders, bursitis, rheumatoid arthritis, septic arthritis or even due to quadriceps muscle(thigh muscle) weakness which leads to give away feeling/pain on stretching leg straight.. home remedies to reduce pain are hot fomentation, application of gels containing diclofenac, knee brace, avoid putting pressure over the knee which is paining, avoid sitting down.. please consult orthopedician once..
