Knee marathon nunning
I run once a week around 5 to 6 kilometers... I also sometimes do 10 k.. have slight discomfort in the left knee.. should I stop running or is there anything which I can do to solve the problem..I want to run a half marathon in next 6 months with proper training... What should I do

Hi, if you have pain in your knees while running, it might be due to improper running style, ligament strain,tendinitis or wear and tear of the joint as such. I would suggest that you get yourself examined by an Orthopedic surgeon and also by a certified marathon trainer or a person who can analyse your running style. All the best for your half marathon !
