Knee joint pain right leg
Right knee got cramped three months ago while climbing stairs. Orthopedic specialist doctor gave injection in the joint and said it will be alright in 15 days. 3 months past since no relief. diagnosed by him osteo arithrites at the earlier stage not ripe for replacement of knee joint.

Hello.. Well osteoarthritis is getting pretty common now a days....I suggest you to take vitamin d ,calcitriol and calcium supplements as they will help you out... You need to avoid stairs as much as possible... Avoid sitting folded legs...if you are overweight kindly reduce your weight so that pressure on knees are reduced...thank you
