Knee and waist joint pain

Asked for Male, 1 Years

My mom has knee and waist spondylitis as per doctor prescribe.. Doctor give also medicine like New bona activ. New bona jelly.. Decerin cm and dolentia gel. But till now my mom's pain is not curing.. Also this medicine has side effect which causes lip ulcer frequently.. Please help me. I am very worried..

Your mom has degenerative arthrosis of lumbar spine and knee it appears from your question. Usually local heat can relieve symptoms. Tab tramadol (ultracet )twice a day Vit d3 60 iu weekly Tab calcimax k2 once a day. Start these if thr is no improvement go ahead from x rays and other investigations.
