Kidmey stone of 12x5 detected in urinary track. I couldnt control and trie masterbating. But semen didnt come out. Will it harm me ? Does this cause any problem to me?

R you on any medication for stone expulsion,, usually medication given for stone expulsion causes dry ejaculation,,, consult a urologist for further evaluation and treatment
