Dear Sir,few months ago I turned into a vegetarian avoiding only meat,fish and egg products.But,few days ago I heard from some people that vegetarian food lack of protein and vitamins which will create health problems in future.Now,I want to know whether health can be maintained perfectly by using a perfect balanced diet in vegetarian food or NOT??

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
I'm a vegetarian and I'm perfectly fine .
I get enough protein in my diet.
It's a misconception that people have.
Milk, pulses etc are great sources of proteins.
There is nothing like you need to have meat only to get protein.
Remember, the chicken, lamb etc which you have for protein are vegetarians.
