I am 23 years old. My lab test serum iron level is 169ug/dl, TIBC is 380ug/dl and transferrin saturation is 44.71%. kindly advice me these are normal or its a sign of hemochromatosis. thanks

Are you taking iron supplements? Your serum iron levels are slightly high where as your TIBC and transferrin saturation are normal. Your CBC report with MCV, MCH, MCHC is unavailable for comment. However do not need any iron supplements if you are taking them.
