All the complement test results and ANA test have come negative. We are still waiting for ANCA report to come. The delhi doctor is saying mummy has crescentic nephritis which has progressed too much and we have got late in doing Plasma Exchange but there isn't any harm in trying that atleast. he is suggesting four rounds of Plasma Exchange. Along with that for medication he has given us two options. One is the less aggressive immune suppressant - Azoran (100mg per day) or endoxan.

I didn't understand your specific question. If it is to decide between azoran and endoxan it will be dependent on the condition and status of your mother and other parameters which should be decided by the treating doctor. It is likely to be treated aggressively as the condition as per history has progressed.
