Keycept Medicine side effects
My husband had been diagnosed with Scleroderma with ILD. He has been advised to take Keycept medicine and wysolone .
But he has been in continuous fever and cough for more than 2 weeks, his fever ranges between 99-100. He feels very weak and coughs a lot. Can it be due to medication? I am really worried about his fever and weakness.

The medicines have been correctly prescribed to manage ILD in scleroderma.
As these are immunomodulators, you should talk to your rheumatologist about the possibility of infection.
However, even the disease itself can present with fever and cough. Get checked up by the rheumatologist to address this.
