KERATOKONOUS QUERY. ( after lasik) ?

1st checkup Corneal thickness - 594 ( right) and 573 ( left) Km Values- 47.7 ( right) and 46.00 (left) Vision-  -4.00 -2.00*172° (Left)           -   -6.25 -3.25*4° (Right) After 4 months follow up My Eye Corneal thickness is 573 ( right) and 582 ( left) while Km values are 48.00 (right) and 46.20 (left) Vision-  -4.00 -2.5*170° (Left)           -   -6.00 -2.75*170° (Right) Eyes have high K values still good Corneal thickness. Isn't it natural or I may have Keratoconous? ( Because doctors ruled out that possibility as Corneal thickness has not decrease drastically). Cylindrical eye power also decreased in right eye! ( Please explain how!) 4 months follow up done Still please confirm me should I go for LASIK or further follow up? Chances of Corneal esticia?? ( After lasik) ?
