K. Pneumoniae info. I have copd right?

I have few questions please try to enlighten in the order of questions please. Right now i was having hewvy growth of Klebsiella pneumoniae in my sputum culture and had chronic cough and sometimes shortness of breath while lying down(majorly at morning), but very slight. Right now i have been prescribed ceftum 500 twice a day for 5 days. 1. Can healthy people get it?(have a history of antibiotics for 2-3 weeks, but it was 2-3 months back). 2. My Xray chest came out to be hyperinflated but otherwise everything was normal doctors said it's normal.(can it happen because of the bacteria)? 3. My PFT results showed early small airway obstruction (but my doctor said its fine there's reversibility so no need to worry), so will the pft result get normal when i do test that once the pneumonia is eliminated? 4. Are the point 2 and 3 both be reversible? 5. Getting this type of pneumonia doesn't mean i have COPD right? History: I don't smoke, no tobacco.
