Joints pain with slight fever and cough This is happening since yesterday morning. Had headache. Was not able to walk

Take Paracetamol for fever and it will decrease pain as well. Plenty of fluids to keep hydrated well. If fever persists more than 2 days or any new symptoms develop see a doctor
