Joints are sounding pops and crack

I am 16 years old. I started masterbating from past 3-4 years. Now i have a problem from over masterbating my joints sounds like pops cracks and so on. My i got depressed about it. Now i want to recover from that please advise me doctor i need your help plz help me.
