Joint pain n swelling
1. I have pain above my hip and groin area which has just started
2. I am unable to walk due to shooting pain in that area and not able to stand also
3. Now and then i get upper back pain and sometimes ankle pain too
4. In 2015 we got a RA factor test done which was negative and esr was 20
5. Here few doctors say its seronegative arthiritis and few say its not an arthiritis
I am in lot of pain kindlt guide.

Did your injure yourself ?
If not try to stretch your front him muscle by laying on your stomach and lifting leg straight up
See if pain subsides
