My leg joints are very weak and paining while I am walking. When I am shifting my weight on my knee joints while walking, it pains me a lot, so because of this I have to shift my weight on my leg only, so it makes me unable to walk too long. Please give me your valuable advice in order to get me rid of this problem. Thank you so much in advance.

dear user as u r not mentioned u r wt..still if u r leg joints are having pain while walking so u should take break while walking or divide u r walking into breaks sit for while and again start it will reduce stress and strain on u r joint .....u have to drink lot of wate ...balance diet ..in that milk..vegetables fruit......and also some protein and calcium supplements ...vit-b12 ....after continuing for 2 months start strengthning of u r leg muscles by tying wt.on ankle extension of knee joint......in supine straight leg raising.....squatting ..excs....each exs.30 times twice or thrice aday..!......it will definately help u.......tc..
