Joint pain
I've been having joint pain since I was really young. I'm now a young adult and I still often get pain in my ankles, knees, hips, back, and shoulders. I've been vegetarian for about a year and many people say that I get joint pain because I'm a vegetarian. Do I get joint pain because I'm a vegetarian or because of some other reason that's not related to my diet?
