It is recurring because you need to keep the area dry by: 1. Changing undergarments twice a day 2. Avoid wearing tight jeans 3. Use a dusting powder to keep the area dry . Follow the above and go to a dermatologist and get treated. If you follow the above you shouldn't get a recurrence. Remember that recurrent fungal infections occur because of moisture.
