I have a habit of chewing on plastic bottle caps and my jaw is slanting to one side and I hear a pop EVERY chew I take. Plus my ear is really swollen and it hurts to even touch the outside of it

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Why? Don't you get food? Why do you chew on plastic bottle caps? Quit doing it, everything will fall into place. Consult a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
