  3. Jaw and ear pain. Get it back to normal?

Jaw and ear pain
It started of with mild jaw pain (right side ) and then went on to extreme ear pain at night (right ear). I went to the ENT and she said my Jaw joint is tender and that is the cause. How can I get it back to normal?
