Jaundice? Viral infection?
RBC count: 3.82 million/cmm. Range 12 - 16 MCV: 100.3 fL. Range 80-96 MCHC: 31.6%. Range 32-36 ESR: 42 mm/hr. Range 0-20 Remarks: predominantly normocytic normochromic with macrocytes and ovalocytes. Vit B12: 157 pg/ml. Range 211-911 Vit D: 7.51 ng/ml. Range 30-100 SGPT SGOT was high, doc diagnosed as jaundice. Treated for it and now it's normal. 7 injections of vitamin B12 is taken plus weekly sachets for vit D. However weakness still persists. Doc says could be viral infection. Thoughts?

more likely vit b12 deficiency anaemia. repeat above test to c fr improvement
