Jaundice to 45 old days baby

Asked for Male, 28 Years

My baby is 45 days old and her total bilirubin is 5.40 her direct bilirubin is 0.40 and indirect bilirubin is 5.00. her haemoglobin is 10. She urinate 10 times in 24 hours and she passed stool after 6 to 7 days now a days. Does she need any more medication or treatments?? Please answer my question asap. Thanks

Drop Tonoferron 0.25 ml twice daily for low hemoglobin., rest everything is fine. Keep breastfeeding every 2 hrly followed by burping for atleast 10-15 minutes... And give Drop Elcad 0.5 ml once a day. for 1 year ( its a vitamin D drop) Exclusively breastfed baby do require vitamin D supplementation.
