Bil of 14.7 at day 12 in other wise normal baby and eeding well nothing is needed .
Sun light will not be of much help just feed well
Natural course of jaundice in newborn is that it peaks around 7-8 days and later decrease gradually by next 1-2 weeks .
What was the birth weight?
Was the baby born term or preterm?
Next Steps
If baby was born term and gaining weight, then 14.7 S. Bili is normal. increase the feeds 2 hrly and see to it baby passes more than 6 times urine in a day.
