He is gaving hepatitis b and taking tenovir. In between he stooped and viral load increased later it was controlled. But he got jaundice and the billirubin count is as high as 19.

Hello Dear,
At the age of 79years,bilirubin count of 19 should be dealt with at a hospital. He needs to be hospitalized and some scans need to be performed in order to find out what exactly is the reason behind such elevation of bilirubin.
