IUD-blood clot in 9th mnth stated by Dr.
Advised for LMWH therapeutic and aspirin in next pregnancy throughout. Is it safe for mother and child? Any side effects? Financially its impossible too on all days of pregnancy. Any alternative suggestions? Pls do write us to get rid of this depression.

If they are suspecting IUD due to APLA, then it's necessary. It's costly we understand, but it will be good for the baby and the mother.
